WARPWEBP V45.3 RELEASED

An update to WarpWebP.datatype is now available from
http://www.warpdt.co.uk/ now, via AmiUpdate or Aminet soon. The
following changes have been made:

 - Updated with libwebp 1.2.4.
 - Disabled asynchronous i/o when loading images via OS4 vector-port
   filesystems, removing overhead to improve performance (still enabled
   for older filesystems such as FFS2 and SFS).
 - OS4 version recompiled with GCC 11.2.0.
 - MorphOS and WarpOS versions recompiled with VBCC 0.9h.
 - Tweaked version string so that CPU information can be viewed with
   the version command.
