WARPJPEG V45.17 + WARPPNG V45.26 RELEASED

New versions of WarpJPEG and WarpPNG are now available for download
from http://www.warpdt.co.uk/ and also via AmiUpdate or Aminet. The
full list of changes
follows:

WarpJPEG:

 - Merged in changes from IJG jpeglib v9e.
 - Disabled asynchronous i/o when loading images via OS4 vector-port
   filesystems, removing overhead to improve performance (still enabled
   for older filesystems such as FFS2 and SFS).
 - OS4 version recompiled with GCC 11.2.0.
 - MorphOS and WarpOS versions recompiled with VBCC 0.9h.
 - Tweaked version string so that CPU information can be viewed with
   the version command.

WarpPNG:

 - Updated with libpng 1.6.38.
 - Disabled asynchronous i/o when loading images via OS4 vector-port
   filesystems, removing overhead to improve performance (still enabled
   for older filesystems such as FFS2 and SFS).
 - Fixed bug in instance memory allocation on OS4.
